CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

1. RESERVATIONS FOR GROUPS OF UP TO 6 PEOPLE

Cancellation terms

• Cancellations at least 72 hours before check-in: Free cancellation, 100% refund of the amount paid
• Cancellations within 72 hours prior to check-in: No refund, the amount paid is non-refundable.
• No-show: No refund, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Special cases

• Medical reasons: Cancellations justified by official medical documents are eligible for a full refund, even within the last 72 hours.
• Condiții meteorologice extreme: În cazul avertizărilor meteorologice de cod roșu, se poate reprograma sejurul fără penalizări
• Force majeure: Calamități naturale, restricții guvernamentale – returnare completă sau reprogramare

• Data change: Free of charge at least 72 hours in advance (subject to availability)
• Reduction in the number of people: At least 72 hours in advance, without penalties
• Changes in the last 72 hours: Price difference may apply, please contact us

Return Policy

• Return method: To the same card/bank account used for payment
• Processing time: up to 10 business days from the cancellation request
• Processing fees: Not applicable for cancellations within the legal deadline

2. RESERVATIONS FOR GROUPS OF MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE OR SCHOOL CAMPS

Specific cancellation terms

• Cancellations 30+ days in advance: 100% refund
• Cancellations 15-30 days in advance: 50% refund of the total amount
• Cancellations less than 15 days in advance: No refund

Payment system for camps

• Advance payment upon booking: 20% of the total amount
• Final payment: At least 15 days prior to arrival
• Damage deposit: 1000 lei (refundable upon departure, if there is no damage)

Special cases for school groups

• Epidemics/pandemics: Flexible rescheduling or 90% refund policy
• Transport strikes: Possibility of rescheduling without penalties
• Natural disasters: Full refund (100%)
• Government restrictions on school activities: 90% refund or free rescheduling

Changes for camps

• Reducing the number of participants: At least 7 days in advance, with no additional penalties if the reduction is up to 3 children.
• Changes in the last 7 days: No changes accepted

Additional responsibilities

• The accompanying teacher is responsible for the students' behavior.
• Property damage is settled separately from the warranty.
• Mandatory compliance with rules of quiet and safety
• Installment payments available for educational institutions

The cancellation process

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email) to the official contact address.
• Confirmation of cancellation will be sent within 48 hours
• Returns are processed in the order in which requests are received.
